waiting on...Wednesday {link-up #3}

Welcome back to the Waiting on...Wednesday link-up - a place where you can link up what you are waiting on, going through, making, just about anything - as long as it's family-friendly!  :)  Thank you SO much to those that linked up last week!  I loved reading through all the posts and finding new bloggers!

There were so many great posts last week that I wanted to feature four of them!  Go check them out - you won't be disappointed!

*Waiting on...Spring Break by Shelly @ The Queen in between - I admit it...I'm an intentional parent.  I don't have a spontaneous bone in my body so I knew I would LOVE Shelly's fun post about planning a "day-cation" for your kiddos.  I won't ruin the surprise (you have to go check it out yourself!) but I promise, you won't be disappointed!  A great idea for Spring Break or something fun to do during the summer!
*{Planning Meals} Practical Tips for Busy Moms by Keri @ Living In This Season - I really appreciated and was encouraged by Keri's post about meal planning.  It's no secret that I stink at anything that requires an oven so I appreciated her easy tips on planning meals for the week.
A definite must read!
*Steal vs. Splurge: Spring Essentials by Brittany @ The View From Up Here - I LOVE a good deal and Brittany has some good ones!  Be sure and check them out!
*Easter Pudding Cups by Lauren @ Working Mom Magic - I love this idea for a dessert bar for kiddos - custom pudding cups!  This would be an adorable idea for Hope's preschool Easter party!  Such a fun idea!

All Features are pinned to the While I'm Waiting - Waiting on...Wednesday - link-up party FEATURES board!

While I'm Waiting...

Just a few things to remember about the link-up:
*All topics are welcome - as long as they are created or written by you and are family friendly!  Old posts - new posts... it's up to you!  Please link to your specific post URL and not to your blog home page.
*You can link up to three posts/blog.
*Please place a link back to the link-up in either your post or on your party page so that others can link up too.
*It's a party, try to visit at least 2 other posts and show them some love!  This is the fun part!  Be inspired, inspire someone else - don't just link and run!  Leave comments, share and pin their posts - you know, show some love!
*Each week I'll choose a few posts to feature at the next link party.  I'll also pin the featured posts to the While I'm Waiting - Waiting on...Wednesday link-up party FEATURES Pinterest board.
*If you would like to follow me, that would be awesome but it's not required.

While I'm Waiting...

So...what am I waiting on?!  Our sweet middlest, Holden, turns 10 on Friday and we are celebrating with a sewing birthday party.  I don't know anything about sewing so I'm using Pinterest to help me pull together ideas.  I can't wait - she's going to love it!

If you have any tips, ideas, etc. for a sewing birthday party - leave me a comment!  I need all the help I can get!  :)

Thanks for linking up!  Have a blessed day!  Gig 'em and God bless!
Holly

  1. 10!!! It just sounds too big! When I found her 2 year party pix yesterday it just didn't seem possible that much time had passed. Loving all the bloggers I have found on your linkup and that is so much for the feature!

    1. Haha! Meal planning sounds great - I just don't have that many things that I can (successfully!) make to add to the rotation. That's the hard part for me. But, I want to do better - and that's a step in the right direction! Thanks for linking up! I love the post you added - one of my favorite reads! Have a great day!
