What am I waiting on? Our Aggies have a bye this week so we'll have a somewhat laid back weekend. We'll start our weekend watching College Gameday and getting our day all lined out on what games we'll watch. Before we get too comfortable on the couch, we'll head to watch Hope play soccer. After that, it's football watching all.day.long!!! But, what I'm most excited about is heading to the first annual Aggie corn maze (I guarantee this will become an Aggie tradition - because if you do something more than once in Aggieland, it's a tradition!). We are meeting up with Shelly and her family and hopefully no one will get lost! We'll keep you posted! I can't WAIT to hear what you are WAITING for! :)

Hi Holly, thanks for hosting today! I hope you enjoy the rest of your week! :)

Thanks for stopping by, Alexis! Hope you have a fun weekend planned!
DeleteA corn maze. Those things create panic in me! I have never been able to escape one without the fear of getting lost. Truly! So I'm the parent who sits back and waits to see if they all come out of it. I know, irrational fear, that's what I've been told - A LOT!
ReplyDeleteIt's my first one! I'll probably end up with the same fear but that's why I'm taking Mike - he can lead me out! :) Thanks for stopping by! Hope you're having a great day!
DeleteI love that you love football. I know that may sound weird, but I like football and I enjoy it, but I'm not an avid watcher as many of my friends are and I hate that I didn't get my boys more involved with it as they were growing up. Now that they are in college they love it more, but its not a passion like I would like them to have. My dad is an avid fan of the sport and my mom wasn't and I went back and forth between the 2 of them on game days to the 2 rooms they were in. Dad still has his 'man cave' that he goes to to enjoy his sports. Anyway, enough on that...the corn maze looks awesome...and scary. Best of luck. ~Lowanda
ReplyDeleteHi, Lowanda! Oh, yes - football is definitely one of my favorites! And, I love that it's something that the boys and I enjoy together. So far I haven't convinced my girls that it's fun to watch! ;) I'll keep working on that one! Thanks so much for stopping by! Hope you are having a great week!
DeleteI was telling Dillon about this on the way to practice this morning and he said "we should have boys against girls" and I was like...no way.
ReplyDeletehahaha! I'm thinking we'll bring Hope's walkie talkies and make sure that everyone's cell phones are charged! I'm sure we'll lose at least one or two - let's just hope it's not us!!! Can't wait!
DeleteThat looks like super fun! Wonder how long it'll take you to find your way out, lol. Thanks for hosting!
ReplyDeleteI'm thinking we need to set a timer! I think the boys have already decided they are on their own - we'll see who can get out first! :)
DeleteThanks for hosting, Holly! Have a wonderful week!
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Pili
Hi, Pili! Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteLooks like fun! Thanks for hosting :)
ReplyDeleteWe shall see! :) Sometimes we have fabulous ideas that, well, don't turn out exactly the way we planned! Crossing our fingers our crew agrees with us! Thanks for stopping by! Who do you guys play this week?
DeleteWe play in Medina which is three hours away from here! Yikes!
DeleteHoly heck! That's a long drive! Be careful and good luck!!!
DeleteA corn maze sounds like fun :) It looks like a huge one!! Enjoy your weekend and thank you for hosting this link up where we can come and meet new friends. Oh, and enjoy football :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Julie! Hopefully it will be a-MAZE-ing! :) Hope you have a great weekend too! Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteThat corn maze looks a-maze-ing! It would be so fun to go to. Wish I lived close enough . . . but Utah is rather far away. Sigh . . .
ReplyDeleteBut, Nina, Utah is gorgeous!!! We drove through last summer on our way to California! Definitely want to come back with Utah as our destination! Thanks so much for stopping by!
