The Kids Behind the Blog - March edition

Our Pretty Little Girls
Today I'm joining Crystal from Hall Around TexasBeth from Our Pretty Little GirlsMeghan from The Adventure Starts HereJessica from Secrets of a SAHM, and Stephanie from Wife Mommy Me for their Kids Behind the Blog link-up, a monthly Q&A with the kids that made us mamas.  Last month's post was so much fun to put together but I must confess, I was a little worried at what the bigs might answer to a couple of this month's questions! ;)

While I'm Waiting...The Kids Behind the Blog - February edition
the kids behind While I'm Waiting... - Hope-age 5, Colby-age 14, and Holden-age 10

Here are the {very brief} answers my kiddos gave to this month's prompts!

1. What do you enjoy doing with mom and dad?

w/Dad - "playing or watching sports"
w/Mom - "just talking about stuff - like when we're riding in the car"

"hanging out and chatting"

"eating dinner with ya'll" because "I like eating dinner with my whole family."

2.  Name one thing you are really good at.

"customizing shoes at Nike.com"

art
yes, baby girl, you are most definitely good at art!

"making things like pipe cleaner creations" and "cutting hearts" and "keeping our house clean" {I think what she really means is that she's good at making messes...} :)
look at this amazing "pipe cleaner creation" - I definitely think she's good at these!

3.  What's one thing that mom and dad tell you often?

"how was school?", "goodnight", "son" #hethinkshesfunny

"I love you." #thatsmygirl

"that you're going on a date" {apparently she has short term memory - I think she only told me this because we were in fact going on a date the next day #wereallydontgetoutmuch

4.  What do you want to be when you grow up?

civil engineer

artist or animator

a dog keeper

5.  What do you think mom and dad do when you go to bed at night?

"Yikes" #insertnervouslaughter

"work/sleep - depends on the day"

"KISS!"

Thank you so much to Crystal from Hall Around TexasBeth from Our Pretty Little GirlsMeghan from The Adventure Starts HereJessica from Secrets of a SAHM, and Stephanie from Wife Mommy Me for such a fun link-up!  Be sure to stop by and read all the other posts!  I can't wait till next month's questions!

Thanks for stopping by!  Gig 'em and God bless!

  1. Fun answers. I decided to join in this month with the grands. Being 2 and 3 their answers were about 1 to 2 words long. Funny though.
