Weekend recap - a little bit of everything + some exciting news!!!

I can definitely tell the holidays are gearing up!  The calendar is starting to fill and it's finally getting cooler outside!  This weekend included a little bit of everything.  Here's a glimpse into our crazy!
We started Friday off with Math Day at Hope's school where I took exactly 0 pictures.  #momfail  Afterward a group of moms stayed for a bit to decorate the Kinder entrance in anticipation of Monday's Decades Day!  Kindergarten has been assigned the 50's so I'm picturing lots of poodle skirts twirling down this hallway tomorrow!

After decorating I treated myself to a Candy Cane Champagne pedicure!  It was advertised as a minty-fresh pedicure that will remind your feet why it's the most wonderful time of the year.  It definitely lived up to the hype!  If you're local, check it out at Celebrity Spa and ask for Maria!

My parents were in town again this weekend and treated the girls to an Aggie basketball game.  Colby was at another high school playoff game so Mike and I enjoyed another at-home date night!  No complaints here!

Saturday was Aggie football and it's safe to say that Colby and Mike had a-MAY-zing seats!!!

Since we had a couple of extra seats, Hope and Kynsley enjoyed getting to sit together!

My niece, Christian, and her husband, Chase, were in town and guess what?!  I'm going to be a GREAT AUNT!!!  I can't wait to meet this sweet baby next July!  Let the spoiling begin!

Speaking of spoiled, this one was loving the extra attention on Sunday!  While Colby and Hope stayed with Dede and Pop Pop, Holden enjoyed church and a pancake breakfast at Cracker Barrell.  We love getting special one on one time with our kiddos!

After lunch, Colby and his Lil' Wrangler team performed at Barksgiving.  I could watch these kiddos dance all day!

Holden LOVES animals - I think the feeling was mutual with this furry friend!

After Colby's dance performance, Holden and I went to a soap carving class.  The art galleries at A&M occasionally put on these fantastic classes for kids and we always try to go.  Here's Holden's finished product - a sleeping cat!

Where was Hope during all this fun?  She was celebrating her friends, Caroline & Ryann's, 6th birthday at a performance of Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer!

How adorable are these little reindeer?!  I loved hearing all about the show!

Happy Thanksgiving week!  I'm so thankful that you stop by this little space to keep up with us!  Wishing you a fun-filled week with those you hold dear!

Gig 'em and God bless!
