* DANCING - This past weekend we were in Stafford, TX for the Dance Showcase competition for Colby and Hope. This was Hope's first time competing on stage and, well, she's definitely hooked! I was so proud of her team! They did awesome! They scored Platinum on both of their dances and brought home 1st and 3rd place awards! Not bad for their first competition!
She looks so grown up here!
We have been blessed with a sweet, sweet group of girls on Hope's dance team. Hope is the youngest member but they treat her like one of the big girls!
Awards!!!!!
Mike took Colby back on Sunday and since Dad was in charge, there were zero pictures. :( I did luck up and find this picture of on the Dance Showcase Instagram page!
Mike said the Lil' Wranglers looked great! They are always a crowd pleaser with all their spins and lifts! They scored an Elite Platinum and grabbed a 1st place award!
I love watching them up on stage DANCING, smiling, and having lots of fun!
* NAPPING - After Saturday's 4:30 am wake-up call, all I could think about was taking a NAP! And, apparently the majority of my family wanted to join me too!
* PEAKING - We are 7+ weeks into the remodel... Want a sneak PEAK?! Here's a little hint at our bathroom...
Green is my most favorite color so to see this color being used in our bathroom makes me oh so happy!!!
* READING - It's been a jam packed week but I was determined to have a few minutes to READ even if that meant it was only a magazine! Can you tell why I was drawn to this particular issue?!
* POSING - This week the girls had their dance pictures and there was lots of mirror time to try out different POSES! I love seeing how excited they get putting on their uniforms and getting the chance to wear a little make-up! I can't wait to get their pictures back!!!
* EARNING - Colby isn't much on me sharing pictures of him #teenproblems but I did get permission to share this photo! ;) Last night was a Court of Honor for his Boy Scout troop and he was able to EARN another merit badge. He's sooooo close at EARNING the rank of Eagle Scout - hopefully by the end of the year!
* WAITING ON... - Let's see... the obvious is I'm waiting for us to move back into our house! As fun as remodeling can be, I can't WAIT to sleep in my own bed!
This weekend is also another dance competition for Colby and Hope and I can't WAIT to watch them dance! What are you WAITING ON?
Don't forget to link up with us before you go! We look forward to you sharing what's going on in your world!
Be sure and grab out graphic and link back to us. Oh, and since this is a new link-up, please share away!
